  During my therapy with Kingsley, I could feel and see his genuine care and accomodating attitude , which quickly helped me to connect with him. He’s helped me connecting with all the trapped feelings and, most importantly helped me process them. He helped me see my limiting beliefs by asking me reflecting questions while being non-judgmental and compassionate. Looking back, it amazes me how’s made me open-up and feel supported especially when I wouldn’t share anything. Kingsley takes his duty of care very seriously ,and he genuinely wants to help people.   Life is often hard, emotional, and confusing. Sometimes it is hard finding those spaces where you can allow yourself to feel that vulnerability to help process what you go through. Mr Kingsley is someone you can go to if you do need that space in your life.

I felt safe to talk and process my emotions or given the tools to help work through the issues I had. These strategies helped me to grow and be excited about the "hard, emotional, and confusing" parts of life.   I've been seeing Kingsley for almost three months and I just had my last session with him. Kingsley is professional, kind, understanding, and patient. He does a really good job of pointing out thought patterns and giving me the agency to see how these patterns effect my life. Through working with Kingsley, my self confidence has skyrocketed, I've become better about maintaining and setting boundaries, I've become more self aware, and I've developed a toolbox for dealing with my problems.

How effective the therapy is depends on the person seeking help. I got out of therapy what I put into it, meaning that I was only armed with the knowledge of how to recognize my destructive thought patterns and I had to build the coping mechanisms of my own volition and will.   Kingsley is the most compassionate and patient person I have dealt with since the sudden death of my mum, words cannot describe the amount of gratefulness I have for him, from being so low in life he gave me back the meaning of life and how to deal with it !
