Services Provided
Marking Therapy offers counseling, hypnotherapy, civil and commercial mediation, and supervision services. All services are provided by a licensed and accredited therapist.
Fees and Payment
Depending on prior arrangements, payment for sessions is required when booking or immediately following the session. Fees range from £65.00 to £150.00 per session, with concessions available for eligible clients. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers and major credit/debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the full session fee being charged.
Confidentiality
All client information and session details are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
Insurance and EAP Coverage
Marking Therapy is recognized by several insurance providers, including Aviva, Axa Health, BUPA, Cigna, Health Assured, Saga, Vitality, and WPA. Clients must confirm their coverage and any co-payment requirements with their insurer.
Supervision
Supervision services are available for therapists and counselors, including individual and group sessions. Group supervision is conducted via Zoom once a month.
Limitation of Liability
While Marking Therapy strives to provide the highest quality of service, we are not liable for any outcomes, loss, or damages resulting from using our services. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Amendments to Terms
Marking Therapy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
