Joining a live video session
Your Join on Microsoft Teams button is on your session above, and the same link is emailed to you when your booking is confirmed. Open it a few minutes early from a private place where you will not be overheard, ideally with headphones.
- On a computer: open the link in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, choose Continue on this browser, then Join now. There is nothing to install and no Microsoft account is needed.
- On a phone or tablet: install the free Microsoft Teams app from the App Store or Google Play first, then tap the link and choose Join meeting.
Changing or cancelling a session
Use the Reschedule or Cancel button on the session you want to change. Inside the 48-hour notice period, those buttons are withdrawn and our number is shown instead.
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; with less notice, or for a missed appointment, the full session fee is charged. The fees page carries the full policy.
